Move-in Appointment Sign-up

On-campus housing move-in sign-up is now open. Visit the Housing Portal and select “Schedule a Move-in Appointment” to access the appointments calendar.

To minimize the number of people in each building and on each floor during move-in, the number of appointments is limited. If an appointment time reaches capacity it will no longer be displayed on the calendar.

Roommates cannot have the same move-in appointment. If your roommate has already selected an appointment, that information will be displayed and you will not be able to select the same appointment time.

Appointments can be changed up to seven days in advance. After that time, any changes will need to be made by contacting Residence Life.

If you part of an approved early move-in program, you will receive a second email with information about your move-in time and location. You will not be able to select a move-in appointment.

If you are experiencing any issues scheduling a move-in appointment, email  reslife@western.edu with your name, student ID, and issue. We will contact you to resolve the issue.
